Samantha is a 45-year-old publicist and power woman. She spends half of her time in California and half of her time she is planning to be in Miami. She loves to exercise and really believes in how energy affects space. She loves the location of the building and the views, but she really wants the space to be as open and minimal as possible so energy flows while maintaining an area for her wellness, personal training sessions, and glam team when it visits. She loves to be able to host spa days for her girlfriends and it’s not that worried about food or cooking she mostly does take out or has a personal chef.
